YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS: KOREAN DRAMAS

Image
SHORT REVIEWS YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS ********** I'm not a huge fan of K dramas apart from their mystery/crime genre dramas. But I think I would still like to explore more as I was surprised to like some such as 'Love Alarm', 'The K2' and '18 Again'. Thanks to those who have suggested these dramas. I for sure will be checking them out in the future! Sabina 🦁

Summit Entertainment, Lionsgate Films Age Certificate: 12A IMDb: 8/10 Rotten Tomatoes: 91/100 Plot Sebastian and Mia are drawn together by their common desire to do what they love. But as success mounts, they are faced with decisions that begin to fray the fragile fabric of their love affair, and the dreams they worked so hard to maintain in each other threaten to rip them apart. The plot is typical; 2 people who want to develop a relationship but also strive in their careers. What makes the story good? The tone. The ending of the film was unconventional and the last 10 minutes is the reason for making the whole film emotional. My rating: 8.5/10 British Film Institute (BFI) Age Certificate:  12A IM...

At the of 3, my uncle sent us 80's and 90's films on VHS... some of what I remember were 'Terminator', 'Star Wars' and even an old TV show from the 60's called 'Captain Scarlet'. It was only until I was 15 (4 years ago) when I knew I wanted to pursue a career in media well at least study it. Studying media for A-Levels got me to review films (specifically horror films) and make a blog about the pre/post production of my own short film which gave me the idea to start a new blog- writing my own reviews on films I have already watched (anything from cult classics to recent releases). ****...
